Hi Dave I just wanted to thank you for the two day advanced driving refresher you organised for me. I really enjoyed the time we spent together driving around the Peak District and Wales which was over 300 miles in the end in my Skoda Octavia VRS I enjoyed every single mile of it. As we have worked together over the years you always find subtle yet effective ways to improve my driving ability and skill set which I really appreciate and enjoy as it is a pleasure working with you as always. I've had a number of one-to-one driving sessions with Dave over the years and can't recommend him highly enough. His expertise is obvious, and he is a patient teacher with a knack for bringing out the best in his students. If you have a chance to work with him then do it!

Dave I just want to thank you for our time this last weekend over two days in an advanced driving refresher in my BMW 330d xdrive we explored some of mid wales more challenging roads in some interesting weather and conditions. Having known you several years now as my instructor and now as a good friend I am always impressed by the way you can subtly bring on my ability and skill set and enhance my skill set and make the whole experience so enjoyable thank you again keep up the good work and I look forward to our next drive together.

I have been driving since 1999 and i was driving with habit which was wrong.
When i have been trained with Mr David Bertie,i can say now that i am a good driver(according to myself) lol,and am sharing what i have learn with Mr David to friends,colleagues and family.
Am just eager when our next meeting will be Mr David.
You can assess my driving again and also those of my Friends.
I have learn a lot in my twice training with Mr David and i want to learn more from him.
I have learn how to use my car correctly and effectively,eco drive,defensive driving,everything that concern driving habit.

Dave has been working with the Propcom Mai-karfi project for a number of years. All of our drivers have been on defensive driving courses and on off-road driving courses. We have also had advances driving training for a number of drivers from the team. Dave has also trained two of our senior drivers as assessors.
Dave's training has significantly improved the driving of all of our drivers. They have also grown in confidence and ability as he has the ability to challenge them to develop their skills whilst at the same time recognising their professionalism.
Dave's training of our drivers has been a major contributing factor in keeping our team safe over the last six years as we travel across northern Nigeria.

Dave Bertie was my instructor on my Advanced and VIP Close Protection Driving course. A huge wealth of knowledge and a fantastic temperament coupled with a great sense of humour made the course intuitive, insightful and fun.
I'd highly recommend any vehicle course with ST Driver Training.
