Hi Dave I wanted to thank you for the couple of days advanced driver training you provided for me in September 2017. Training with you again is always a pleasure and your style of instruction pushes me each time which I really enjoy, over the two days we drove a lot of miles and you made my style of driving improve so much again. After our training I resat my RoSPA driving test the following week and finally achieved my Gold which is credit to your professional coaching and input. I look forward to our next couple of days driving together so you can keep me refreshed and my skill set at a very high level to which I am extremely grateful until next time keep up the good work.

Hi Dave I just wanted to give some feedback on the Bespoke 8 day VIP close protection driving course that you taught me on in May 2016. Having a strong ex military and close protection background I wanted to add an advanced driving course to my skill set and bring the level of my driving up. By the end of the first day I had realised I was in the right place and was learning so much. Throughout the week you coached guided and gently pushed my driving ability higher showing me what I could do. You completely changed the way I now drive and am now so much more aware of my surroundings and what to look out for on the road. Taking the RoSPA test at the end of the week I was extremely happy with my result. Thank you again for all your help and getting me to an extremely high level it was a brilliant experience and I learnt so much.Keep up the good work. Best regards Alex.

Dear Andy C I would like to place on record my appreciation of the excellent driving standards demonstrated by Samuel and Joseph during the drive from Ilorin to Abuja on Saturday. Arik flights had been cancelled due to the harmatan dust visibility problem. Elections in Kogi State meant we had to drive further north through Kwara State than the main road and bride, taking ultimately dirt roads and bush tracks onto a difficult ferry crossing of the Niger River. Traffic conditions in Niger State were then very poor, with the roads in bad condition, very heavy traffic, trailers and road blocks. The entire journey took nearly 11 hours from 0900hrs to 1945hrs. Throughout, they were careful to drive within the limits of the road conditions and legal restrictions, take adequate rest stops, and were skilful enough to make the drive relatively comfortable for passengers. They were clearly applying what they had learnt in successive training courses from Dave Bertie, and it made a difficult journey bearable for us all. 14 months or so after my last comment here, Dave has been back with our programme in Nigeria running 11 different driving courses as well as a session open for all staff to attend. The whole training was a success with many of our drivers improving on their scores from the previous training in 2014. RTAs are about our biggest risk here in Nigeria - Dave's training is of huge benefit as we look to do all that we can to counter that risk. 100% recommended!!
